Las prácticas de alimentación de la madre pueden influir en la renuencia de los niños a probar alimentos nuevos: estudio NIN
Resumen del corpus
A study by researchers at the ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition (NIN) investigated the link between maternal feeding practices and food neophobia in children. The research examined 150 mother-child pairs in Hyderabad, focusing on children aged two to seven, to see how maternal knowledge and feeding practices influenced children's willingness to try new foods. Findings indicated that maternal knowledge and positive feeding practices were associated with lower food neophobia scores in children, suggesting that caregiver behavior is a significant factor in food acceptance.
