The Argentine Program for Carbon Neutrality (PACN) has established the Rice Table to measure the carbon footprint of the sector. This new working group, formed with 11 leading companies, will conduct a nine-month process to model production systems and calculate the carbon footprint per product according to ISO 14.067 standards. The initiative aims to develop a tool, user manual, and good practices manual to help the sector calculate emissions and mitigate environmental impact.
